What I Found Out About Breakfast
I
learnt that to have a good breakfast, the sugar should be less than 15
grams, the fat should have less than 10 grams and the dietary fibre and
fibre should be more than 5 grams. WeetBix,
Porridge, Spaghetti with whole grain bread and Corn Flakes and Rices
with fruit are some of the healthiest breakfasts. Coke, Coco Pops and
Pies you should not eat all the time. Otherwise, you might get sick.
